The Service allows users to search Google Maps for local businesses, analyze their websites for quality issues, generate AI-powered pitch insights, and produce outreach emails. The Service is intended solely for lawful business development purposes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in any form of harassment.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute data obtained through the Service for resale without written permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service.

5. Subscription & Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The business data, website scores, and AI-generated content provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Website analysis results reflect conditions at the time of the scan and may not reflect current website status. You are solely responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the Ugliness Score™ algorithm, AI prompt structures, UI design, and branding — are owned by UglyWebsites.io and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UGLYWEBSITES.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
